"Over the past year or so the crew at the Woodbury, CT, Transfer Station (do not ever call it "the dump") have been accumulating an assortment of lawn ornaments. They are adjacent to a tiny shed next to the packer/dumpster machine. The propane tank must be for a heater in the shed. Recently, a sign with a Peace message appeared."
